Business ethics may include institutional and personal scope. Institutional business ethics related to external parties, rather someone & not about abstract topics of corporate ethics as an institution. An example is corporate social responsibility, from the international level, we can argue deductively argue back to the ethics of individual executives who decide corporate policy. Instead of individual business ethics starts at the opposite end of the spectrum of institutional ethics, which is associated with individual decision-makers. We can argue inductively starting from the concrete, especially the upper level to the general morality of corporate policies. Individual business ethics has 2 assumptions. First, the company is an abstract legal entity, where ethics is also something abstract. Second, the system katrakter moral & ethical values reflect the company’s individual & scale value of executive responsibility for the policies of individual companies.
Ethics and integrity is a genuine desire to help others. Extreme honesty, the ability to mengenalisis limits one’s competition, the ability to admit mistakes and learn from failure.
Competition is heating up to lately. The word suggests a concept that those who succeed is that good at destroying enemies. Many say the competition emblem of greed. In fact, world trade freer precisely the future that also promote more competition-free.
Through science we can reflect on the competition, imagine our exporters are challenged to jump into a new arena of free-market future. Ability to compete should not at all determined by the size of a company. This is often conceptualized differently by our rulers.
