Sincerity
Sincerity is ranked first as the most desirable properties by everyone. Sincerity makes others feel safe and appreciated for sure not be fooled or deceived. Sincere people always tell the truth, do not like making it up, pretending, make excuses or distort facts. Principle “Yes on Yes and No on No”. Of course it would be ideal if the gentle sincerity that pigeons matched by the ingenuity of a snake. That way, sincerity is not the innocence that can hurt yourself.
Humility
In contrast to the low self is a weakness, it expresses concern humility strength. Only the strong soul who can be humble. He was like growing rice contains more down. Guy

not feel insecure.
Loyalty
Loyalty has become a rare & very high price. People are always loyal to be trusted and relied upon. He always kept his word, had a strong commitment, sacrifice and do not like treason.
Positive Thinking
People are being positive (positive thinking) always try to see things from a positive lens, even in a bad situation though. He’d rather talk about the good than harm anyone else, would rather talk about hope rather than despair, rather than the frustrating search for solutions, rather than critical praise, and so on.
Joy
Because not everyone was blessed with cheerful temperament, the joy did not have to mean facial expressions and body but his heart. A cheerful person is one who can enjoy life, does not like to complain and always trying to achieve happiness. He can laugh at the situation, other people, also his own. He has the potential to entertain and encourage others.
Responsible

Empathy is a very admirable trait. People who empathize not only a good listener but also can put yourself in the position of others. When there is a conflict he is always looking for the best solution for both parties, does not like to impose his own opinions and. He always tried to understand other people.
